We don’t check in any foreign guest without valid VISA and PASSPORT and all Indian Guests are required to present government issued valid ID (driving license/voter id/aadhar card).
Local visitors visiting any hotel guests will need to show a valid ID proof at the reception. No visitors shall be allowed after 10pm.
Local guests need to show valid ID with residence proof at the time of check-in at the property.
Couples need to prove their relation through valid documents. They may be denied check-in if they are unable to do so at the sole discretion of the hotel management. Their booking money will not be refunded under such circumstances.
For private parties, group events or corporate get-togethers the Galaxy Conference Hall & By The Way Restaurant can be booked offline from the reception. The terms and conditions for such bookings shall be clearly communicated including the price per person at the time of booking. Any damages to the property during the event will have to be borne by the host as per the assessment by the hotel management.
We offer PICKUP from RAILWAY STATION and BUS STAND on request.

While we aim to offer our customers a unique and comfortable experience for their stay at Balasore, the hotel administration reserves the right to take action as deemed suitable against unruly customers against verbal abuse, physical damage to the property or any such incident that is brought to the notice of the management by the hotel staff.

If we have contracted to provide identical or similar order to more than one Customer and are prevented from fully meeting our obligations to you by reason of an Event of Force Majeure, we may decide at our absolute discretion which orders we will fill and to what extent.
Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Website or for any services purchased from us.
